CARPET RECLAIMATION
Did you know that recent estimates state over 5 billion pounds of carpet are thrown in the landfill each year? CF&I is committed to the environment and offers a carpet reclamation program. At the end of the product's useful life, we provide carpet reclamation services. We understand the various processes for reclaiming product based on its economical and environmental impact and recommend the most effective and sustainable process for reclaiming your material.
CONCRETE POLISHING
Whether you desire a simple matte finish, industrial look, 400 grit with synthetic wax or a highly reflective 1,200 grit polished and colored/stained concrete, we have the equipment and expertise to deliver. We can also advise on the cost differences and long term maintenance costs associated with each individual choice. Because each project is unique, this is not a one size fits all solution.
MOISTURE MITIGATION
Moisture mitigation has been an ongoing industry issue since adhesive systems were switched to water based. We work closely with our adhesive and sealer manufacturers to offer our customers the best options to help them make informed choices. We can develop a decision tree to analyze cost versus risk to help assist in the decision making process.
